Your Contributions and Participation in Promoting Animal Communication are Beneficial and Appreciated
I (Participant) give full Permission for continuous and unconditional usage to Winterhawk (Winterhawk Animal Consultations, Walking Drum’s Journal and any other of her current or future individual or collaborative projects under any title) of my submissions in part or whole, here or elsewhere, as blog, website, lecture, audios,videos, writings, interviews, etc., including photos, with credit to me as I (Participant) designate my name on this form, is fully implied and approved by my (Participant’s) physical or digital submission of material and or by my participation in live or audio/video taped interview material. This permission is established by my submission and or (Participant) filling out and returning of this eDoc to Winterhawk in electronic form,with electronically scanned signature or typed in, or returned to Winterhawk in hard copy with typed or written signature.
I fully understand and agree that these are voluntary contributions toward the public education about and the promotion of the practices of Telepathic Animal Communication and associated modalities, either or both of which I have experienced to be beneficial to animals and their human caretaker’s role in their support. I understand and agree that these may be used in for-profit, non-profit, affiliate-ship or other sharing or sales formats of Winterhawk’s choice at any time.
I understand and agree that there will be no monetary or other compensatory payment or consideration of any kind at any time expected to be paid me by anyone associated directly or indirectly in any manner, or anyone related to them personally or in business, with any project in any format in which all or part of my submission may appear, regardless.

Participant is responsible to other photographers involved, for accuracy, proper credit and letting them each know this is an unpaid contribution only. They may fill out their own forms like this if they want clarity. You can copy it for them as a Word doc. If they do not do so, all listed agreements still will apply to them as well. Make sure it is OK with your friends/family. Winterhawk and any associates do not accept responsibility for this part of your interaction with them/their response.
